Nuwave cooktop

We bought a nuwave induction cooktop to see if it really measures up to all the hype. It was purchased at a pallet store and was missing the pan. After trying a few different pans, the good old fashioned cast iron skillet worked just fine. The instructions say you can use any skillet or pot that has a iron or steel bottom. Use a magnet to be sure it is compatible, but for my money I like cast iron. Check out the video for the results. Nuwave Video
